As a business economist (lic.oec.HSG) with a specialisation in human resources and more than 30 years of experience in HR and IT, René Anderegg has been focusing for many years on strictly requirement-related aptitude diagnostics, especially for the purposes of personnel selection and personnel development.

He originally comes from the field of human resources management and was entrusted with numerous management, front and project tasks at well-known national and international companies.

 
His affinity for information technology as well as further training in coaching had led him to focus on self-employment in 2007.

 
In 2011, he founded HRM Tools Ltd liab. Co, a company whose mission is to support entrepreneurs, HR professionals, managers, employees and private individuals with suitable services and tools to help them make the right decisions and thus bring people and organisations to their true potential.
